Actors Company of Natick Internship Program:

Gain experience in the professional theatre world with Actors Company of Natick. In this internship, you will experience what its like working in the arts industry in all departments. See below for open internship positions.

All interns must be 16 years of age before July 15th 2024, and preferably reside in Natick or the Metrowest area. Internships will run from July 15th - August 4th 2023. These internships will be unpaid but can count towards volunteer hours. We are looking for 2-3 at least for each department.

• Technical Interns:

  Assistant Stage Manager - Aspiring goals in theatre leadership. This position requires strong leadership skills and a general understanding of technical theatre aspects. This is probably the most demanding of the internship program, with mandatory attendance required for most, if not all, rehearsal times in July/August. More information to come.

  Other Technical Interns (Stage Crew, etc.) - opportunities to help on the stage crew, in wardrobe (costumes), spotlight, etc. There could also be opportunity in a design capacity as well for the set design, costume design, hair & makeup, and so on.

  Administrative Interns:

  Gain administrative experience in a nonprofit setting by assisting the Artistic and Executive director, and other company business leaders, with various administrative responsibilities on a part time basis. Help with day to day tasks but also assist in various events and fundraisers as needed.
